WebLearn.in offers live online classes. Please read the cancellation and refund policy carefully before enrolling.

1. Refund Eligibility for Live Classes

  • A 100% refund is applicable only if the refund request is raised within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of order or enrollment.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of enrollment and before the commencement of the live class.

  • No refund will be provided after 2 days of enrollment, as this is a live class.

  • Once the live class has commenced, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of attendance.

2. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days.

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • The actual credit time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

3. Cancellation Request Procedure

  • Refund or cancellation requests must be submitted via our official support email or contact page.

  • Requests made after the allowed refund window will not be accepted.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Refund request made after 2 days (48 hours) of enrollment

  • After the live class has started

  • Partial attendance or non-attendance

  • Personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or technical/network issues

  • Access or use of course materials or recordings (if provided)

5. Policy Modifications

  • WebLearn.in reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

  • The updated policy will be published on the website and will be effective immediately.
